My Story

Starting my career as a therapist, I had the opportunity to intern at a treatment center for abuse victims and survivors of domestic violence. It became clear to me early on that this was my true calling - to make a positive impact on my clients' lives by helping them overcome their traumatic experiences. Witnessing their strength and resilience in the face of adversity was truly inspiring.

Through this work, I realized that I wanted to grow professionally as a trauma-informed therapist with a passion for continued learning and giving back to the mental health field. I strongly believe that a history of childhood abuse and domestic violence should not define one's identity or quality of life.

My journey has led me down a path of continuous learning and exploration, and I am committed to helping not only my clients but also making a difference in our communities.

My Mission

My mission is to empower individuals who have experienced childhood abuse and domestic violence to live fearlessly and free from the lasting effects of their trauma. Through trauma-informed counseling and support, I strive to help my clients heal and reclaim their lives, so they can move forward with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
